With a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and hands-on experience designing training programs, I support companies in building strong onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing learning initiatives that drive both engagement and business results.

I believe effective learning happens when it’s well-designed, meaningful, and aligned with real organizational goals. My approach? Collaborate across functions, keep the learner front and center, and continuously improve through data and feedback.

Outside the training room, you’ll find me exploring how learning innovations are reshaping how we teach, and how we can create learning cultures that feel positive, dynamic, and inclusive.
